Order changes and cancellations
There are no order cancellations. Please make sure you want to place your order before ordering. Your order will be handled very quickly after you've placed your order, therefore please email info@halibuyfashion.com ASAP to make any post-order changes after your purchase. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US PRIOR. 

Items with no less than 40% discount or marked as Final Ale are not refundable. Musta Friday Cyber Monday Ale tuotetta can only be refunded to store credits. 

To be eligible for a return, your tuote must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimsuits are not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please email info@halibuyfashion.com with your order number to complete your returns.
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned tuote. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed according to the resolution you chose. A full refund will be applied to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
We only accept tuotetta arrive within 30 days after you received your approval refund email.
When an tuote that was part of a BOGO sale is returned, the system returns a percentage of the retail price depending on the total amount of the discount. Here are examples.
Buy two get one free: The order contains three tuotetta: Item #1 is $14.99, Item #2 is $18.99 and item #3 is $20.99. The order total (minus shipping) is $39.98 (the BOGO offer applies to Item #1). A 27.3% discount will apply to each tuote when they are refunded.
*27.3% = $14.99 / ($14.99 + $18.99 + $20.99)
Refund of tuote #1: $14.99 - 27.3% x $14.99 = $10.9
Refund of tuote #2: $18.99 - 27.3% x $18.99 = $13.81
Refund of tuote #3: $20.99 - 27.3% x $20.99 = $15.26
Buy one get one 40% off: The order contains two tuotetta: Item #1 is $10.99, Item #2 is $18.99. The order total (minus shipping) is $25.58 (the BOGO offer applies to Item #1). A 14.7% discount will apply to each tuote when they are refunded.
*14.7% = ($10.99 x 40%) / ($10.99 + $18.99)
Refund of tuote #1: $10.99 - 14.7% x $10.99 = $9.37
Refund of tuote #2: $18.99 - 14.7% x $18.99 = $16.2


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to follow the returns process for a refund and repurchase the new tuote.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned tuote is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the tuote wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
